Whilst working in retail I've come accustomed to being diligent in multiple areas of the store. I've maintained a clean, organized inventory and curated displays of rotating seasonal clothing and accessories. As well as anticipated customer needs and provided them with high-quality service while upholding brand standards and values to ensure customer satisfaction. Alongside this, I've also happily guided customers through the process of finding ideal styles and even handled POS system transactions including credit, cash, exchanges, returns, and refunds to ensure seamless and accurate cash flow.

Working in Fast food helped me dive into a meticulous and hard-working environment, which saw the acquirement of many skills. This included operating drive-through services including taking orders, handling payment, and food delivery in a prompt but friendly manner. As well as working with POS systems to handle payments, alongside providing exceptional customer service.
